Planet of Snail (2011)

Synopsis:

Young-Chan comes from planet of snail where deaf blind people live slow and quiet lives. When Young-Chan came to Earth, nobody understood his language and he was desperate. Then an angel walked into his life. Soon-Ho knows how it is to be lonely and soon becomes an inseparable part of his life. Young-Chan also discovers an amazing world under his fingers as he learned to read books with braille. Hopes began to grow and he dreams of writing a book. However, Soon-Ho cannot always be there for him because of her own problem of spine disability. The couple now should learn to survive alone. While Soon-Ho uneasily spends her first day waiting for his return, Young-Chan goes out for the biggest adventure of his life.

With our eyes wide open we… (x2)

So this is the end of the story
Everything we had, everything we did
Is buried in dust
And this dust is all that’s left of us
And only a few ever worried

While the signs will clear
They have no idea
You just get used to living in fear
Or give up
When you can’t even picture your future

We walk the plank with our eyes wide open

We walk the plank with our eyes wide open we
(walk the plank with our eyes wide open we)
Yeah we walk the plank with our eyes wide open we
(walk the plank with our eyes wide open we)

Some people offered offences (?)
We made out like we heard
They were only words
They didn’t add up
To a change in the way we were living
And the saddest thing
Is all of it could have been avoided

But it was like to stop consuming’s to stop being human
And why’d I make a change if you won’t?
We’re all in the same boat
Staying afloat for the moment

We walk the plank with our eyes wide open
(walk the plank with our eyes wide open we)
And we walk the plank with our eyes wide open we
(walk the plank with our eyes wide open we)

With our eyes wide open we
We walk the plank, we walk the plank

So that is the end of the story
Eyes Wide Open - Goyte

What is this poster trying to say?! Help me figure out, please. I found this just outside a Cold Storage branch along a row of similar posters. When I read it, I couldn’t understand what it was trying to say - was there a grammar mistake or was this phrasing deliberate?
The word “doesn’t” must be used as a noun or an adjective, I thought. But I still didn’t get it. So, I looked at the other posters but they made sense. I thought about Cold Storage’s slogan, which is the fresh food people. And I was still clueless. Is there any supermarket or meat related term I just happen to be unaware of?Know what it means?
————————————UPDATE!————————————————————
I emailed them in December, asking what the poster meant, and surprisingly I got a reponse:Dear XXXXThank you for writing to us.The full message of the poster you saw is ‘ Cute And Chubby DOESN’T CUT IT. More Than “Good Looks” our pork needs to reach the highest level of safety ‘

The poster means that Cold Storage prides itself on the high quality checks that we conduct for our products. Rather than just being concerned with the meat looking presentable, a wide variety of factors are considered to ensure that our meat is safe to consume by our customers.

In this context, the phrase “Doesn’t cut it” means “not up to standard”.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your enquiry and assure you of our commitment to service, as we strive to deliver a delightful and ambient service experience to you, always.Warm regards XXXX
